My partner LOVES it when I feel the need to get a sleep in the other bed. He will sleep diagonally, all 6'3" of him, across the king bed.

And it’s ok… we both love sleeping together, but we hit limits. I don’t sleep as well as him and I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine. When my breathing is off it affects him as well…

So perhaps the challenge is do you have a big enough bed for the two of you? What if you had two duvets? What if you had two beds pushed together (how European) so that you wouldn’t feel the other person?

But more importantly, what if you had and understanding that your cuddle time if just as important as quality sleep? :-)
