Thanks for this. I’m currently reviewing Patreon, installing a membership plugin, or going the sponsorship route. There are so many variables and it’s a challenge to know what to choose. I want to continue publishing 2x/week on my podcast (solo 25 min average) and offer 2 long-form interviews (1–2 hrs) per month behind a paywall.

I imagine options on Patreon to simply support the free podcast as is, then a higher tier to get the interviews. What I’m not interested in doing is “stuff” — no hats, mugs, products. Which is why I wonder if Patreon would be the “right fit”.
