Well said, James Finn. Our recovery ability diminished as we age. It doesn’t mean we have to give up a sport or activity we love, we simply have to change our perceptions. I wrote this to Chloe Cuthbert, that we need to review the data vs. the drama.

This sucks. Fuck! I want to beat my best time! DRAMA!

Can you still “beat a time” just not your best one? Maybe? What are the times in you age category? Will a longer time, one that doesnt’ kill your knees, sill be a really GREAT time within another framework?
